Today, I'm sharing something very personal and powerful with you - I call it my "Mid-Day Jet-Pack"! As an ADHD entrepreneur who doesn't take meds, and who gets tired in the middle of the day, I know the struggle of staying productive every day.
Trust me, it's not always a smooth ride. But over time, I've discovered a routine that helps me blast through the afternoon slump and stay on track:
1ļøā£ NSDR: A 20-Minute Power Break ā±ļøš¤
Firstly, I practice Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) for 20 minutes. It's like hitting the reset button on your brain. This short rest period helps clear my mind and recharge my mental batteries. It's amazing how just a few minutes of deep rest can make such a big difference! š§ š“
2ļøā£ Walk & Talk: A 10-Minute Self-Reflection š¶āāļøšļø
Next, I go for a walk and record myself talking about my day and what I want to do with the rest of it. This 10-minute self-reflection helps me reevaluate my priorities and align my actions with my goals. Plus, moving my body gets my blood flowing and lifts my mood! š³š¤ļø
3ļøā£ Clarity Pack of THESIS: A Dose of Focus ššÆ
Then, I take a clarity pack of THESIS. These supplements are designed to enhance focus and mental clarity, helping me stay on task and get things done. The change is subtle but powerful, like a gentle nudge in the right direction. š”š

If I need some salt to stabilize my blood sugar, I munch on seaweed. It's the best snack ever - tasty, healthy, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Plus, it's super easy to carry around! šš
7ļøā£ Sparkly Water or Cinnamon Tea: A Dopamine Drink š„¤š§”
I then have some sparkling water or cinnamon tea. These are my go-to dopamine drinks, giving me a refreshing boost and keeping me hydrated. Remember, hydration is key for brain health! š¦š§
8ļøā£ Energetic Music: A Mood-Lifting Tune šµš
To get me excited and my blood flowing, I play energetic music that I love. Music has the power to change our mood instantly, and it's a fun way to energize the second half of my day! š§š
9ļøā£ Review My "WHY": A Powerful Reminder šā¤ļø
Finally, I review my "WHY." Why am I doing everything that I'm doing? What impact do I want to make? What life do I want to live? This reflection reminds me of my bigger purpose and motivates me to keep going, no matter what. šš
